- By Mail: For payments by mail, send a check payable to “Home Depot Loan Services” to the following address: Dept 3877 GreenSky PO Box 70877 Charlotte, NC 28272-0877 Note: Allow 5-7 business days for your mailed payment to be received and credited to your account. Make sure your payment is received by 12:00 AM EST to be credited as of that day.
