Bears Rookie QB Delivers Impressive TD Pass to Tight End
Chicago, IL – The Chicago Bears continued their dominant preseason run with another impressive performance against the Kansas City Chiefs. Rookie quarterback Austin Reed, an undrafted free agent, showcased his skills by connecting with tight end Tommy Sweeney for a touchdown.
On the play, Reed orchestrated a methodical drive, utilizing a combination of accurate passes to wide receiver Tyler Scott and powerful runs from Velus Jones Jr. As the Bears approached the red zone, Reed executed a well-timed play-action fake, rolling out to his right and finding Sweeney wide open in the end zone for a touchdown.
