BPSC Shikshak Bharti: The government has started preparing for the second phase of the teacher appointment examination. After the successful conduct of the examination by BPSC, the responsibility of the second phase of the examination is expected to be given soon. 70 thousand vacancies have already been decided by the Education Department for the second phase. If the remaining 48 thousand vacancies in the first phase are added, then this number becomes approximately one lakh 20 thousand. According to experts, the advertisement may come out in the last week of October or the first week of November.

The Education Department has already announced that the responsibility of the second phase of teacher appointment will be handed over to BPSC. In the subjects where fewer candidates have been found than the prescribed seats, the vacant posts of these subjects will be added in the further appointment.

Only 49 got appointment letters due to delays in counseling

Counseling started late in the Patna district due to a portal glitch. Due to this, only 49 teachers got appointment letters on the first day. Whereas the successful newly appointed teachers had reached Patna High School since morning for counseling. According to Patna District Education Office, the portal started after 2 p.m. Teachers who have received appointment letters will be given training from Thursday.

62653 students of Hindi medium were successful in primary teaching.

Bihar Public Service Commission also released the primary result late on Wednesday night. 62653 candidates have been successful in Hindi medium. In the result, only the number of successful candidates of all categories along with their roll number is shown. The result has been uploaded to the website of the Commission. No cutoff has been released. 25744 candidates from unreserved category, 6702 from economically weaker sections, 7584 from SC, 501 from ST, 12069 from EBC, 8040 from BC, and 2013 from BC women have been successful. Whereas 7797 candidates in Urdu medium and 1969 candidates in Bengali have been declared successful. Overall 72419 results have been released.
