The Commission has said that in this regard, the State Government had decided on May 29, 2023, that those who have obtained a Bachelor of Education degree from an institution recognized by NCTE will be appointed as school teachers to teach up to class (1-5). Can be appointed. Has been made clear.

But in the recent decision on various petitions filed in the Supreme Court, the 2018 notification of NCTET has been canceled. It has also been said that the Bihar government is not a party in this, hence the court will not comment on the ongoing recruitment in Bihar. But the court hopes that the Bihar government will also keep this decision in mind.

BPSC said at the end of its notice that even if the Honorable Supreme Court or a competent court or order is passed in any other matter related to this, then the examination result will be affected by its outcome.
