Cancelling Your Argos Order
1. Log in to Your Argos Account:
- Visit the Argos website (argos.co.uk) and log in to your account.
2. Access Recent Orders:
- Once logged in, navigate to the “Recent Orders” section.
3. Locate the Order:
- Find the order you wish to cancel in the list of your recent orders.
4. Cancel the Order:
- If the order is eligible for cancellation, you should see a “Cancel Order” button. Click on it to proceed.
5. Confirmation:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
Important Notes
- Not All Orders Can Be Cancelled: Unfortunately, not all Argos orders can be cancelled. Factors such as order status and product availability can affect your ability to cancel.
- Tu Clothing Orders: If you ordered Tu Clothing for in-store collection, simply don’t collect it within the specified timeframe. Argos will automatically process a refund.
- Argos App: You can also cancel eligible orders through the Argos app. Check the “Order History” section for the “Cancel My Order” button.
- Sainsbury’s Collection Orders: Orders collected from Sainsbury’s cannot be cancelled online. You’ll need to either let the collection window expire or return the item after collecting it.
