The Way Has Been Cleared For The Appointment Of 26,001 Assistant Teachers In Jharkhand. Jharkhand High Court Has Withdrawn The Ban On The Advertisement Issued For Appointment And Has Also Directed To Keep 100 Seats Vacant For The Candidates. The Court Of Chief Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra And Justice Anand Sen Gave This Direction On Thursday. Earlier, The High Court Had Banned The Advertisement For Appointment On September 5. The Court Had Sought Answers From The Government And Jssc.

During The Hearing, Advocates Sanjay Piparwal And Prince Kumar, On Behalf Of Jssc, Told The Court That In The Assistant Professor Appointment Rules 2022, The Facility Of 50 Reservation Was Given To The Employees Working In The Education Department On Contract. Later, Reservation For Contract Workers Was Abolished And The Rules Were Revised. The Government Has Made Revised Assistant Professor Appointment Rules 2023, Under Which Now There Is A Provision To Give 50% Reservation In Assistant Professor Recruitment Only To Para Teachers.

While Presenting The Government’s Side, Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan Urged The Court To Lift The Stay. He Said That Appointment Is Mandatory So The Appointment Process Should Be Allowed To Continue And The Ban Should Be Lifted. The High Court Accepted This Request And Withdrew The Stay.

For The First Time, 26,001 Assistant Teachers Are To Be Appointed In Jharkhand. In This, 12,868 Posts Are Reserved For Para Teachers.

Applications Will Be Taken Again

After The Decision Of The High Court, Applications Will Be Taken Again For The Appointment Of Assistant Professor. Earlier, Applications For Assistant professors were To Be Taken From August 8, But Later The Commission Extended Its Date. After The Ban Is Lifted, The Commission Will Restart The Application Process Following The Instructions Of The Government. Those Who Have Already Applied May Not Need To Apply Again, Those Who Have Not Applied Will Be Able To Apply.
